Hand Lap Reconditioning
Over time, the working surfaces of hand laps wear and need to be refinished to restore flatness. We offer reconditioning services to get your laps back in service:

We recondition and restore flatness.
We return them to you.
We’ll send you a loaner set while your laps are being reconditioned so you’re not without the tools you need.
UNEEDA Film-Backed Sanding Discs
JAC Bailey Equipment is a distributor of UNEEDA film-backed sanding discs. These pressure-sensitive adhesive discs are used on hand laps for material removal during the repair of damaged valve disc and nozzle seating surfaces.
Durable film backing rather than paper

Can be cleaned and reused when condition allows
